At She’s Gloss, we offer international shipping from our global fulfillment centers. Please read the information below to understand how we deliver your order.

 

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

2. Shipping Time
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

North America & Europe: 10–20 business days

Asia & Oceania: 10–25 business days

South America & Africa: 15–30 business days


Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local postal services, or other delays outside our control.

 

3. Tracking Information
All orders come with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page or through the carrier's website once it has shipped.

 

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on most orders. In some cases, a small shipping fee may be included in the final product price. You will not be charged additional fees at checkout.

 

5. Customs & Import Taxes
Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

 

6. Wrong Address / Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived after 45 business days, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a resolution — which may include a refund or replacement.

 

8. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
