1. Returns
Due to the nature of our international shipping process, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase. For sizing and materials, refer to the detailed product descriptions or contact our team before ordering.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The order never arrives after 45 business days

- Clear photos (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
